Thank you for visiting my web site!
My name is Aul Pedajas and I live in Estonia. I am a freelance web designer, PC troubleshooter and translator/proofreader.
I was born with a neuromuscular disorder called Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA) Type II in Estonia. Because of my condition, I am not able to either walk or even use my hands and I use a voice-activated computer for typing and other things.
In spite of SMA I was able to finish high school and to graduate from university. In 1987 I got the Bachelor's Degree in Applied Mathematics. I know pretty much about computers and I can speak Estonian, English, Finnish, Russian and German. Also, I am familiar with some Swedish.
I have represented Estonia at conferences for disabled people in Germany, the United Kingdom and the Netherlands. In 1996 I moved to the United States where I lived until 2015. On the National Disability Mentoring Day in 2005 I was honored as Person of the Year and I was on national TV.
From 2015 to 2017 I lived in Germany.
My interests are computers, web design, foreign languages, playing chess (I am an Arena FIDE Master), listening to music (mainly progressive rock and new age), as well as watching concerts and sports (especially football, tennis, basketball and ice hockey).
Currently, I am looking for some work. If you have any need for my skills, feel free to contact me.
